From Flow to Form

Welcome to the first edition of our Yoga & Pottery day retreat in the heart of Hackney. An invitation for you to embrace your inner flow, through gentle movement and clay.

The day

This is a 4-hour practice, a unique and curated experience to explore yoga, tea rituals and pottery in our new intimate studio space.

Mai, a yoga instructor and ceramicist, will guide you through 60 minutes of a slow flow yoga practice. We will take a break over matcha tea and light bites before the next session.

Natcha from Vessel of Light will lead the second half of the retreat, where you will dive deep into the creative process of hand building with clay. This workshop is designed for you to make your very own tea bowl (chawan) which will be glazed and fired for you to collect on another day.

The themes for this collaboration: inward movement, contemplation, body expression, restoration, creativity.

Natcha and Mai connected many moons ago through a shared love of pottery, tea and yoga. We are so thrilled to invite you to this sanctuary and share our practice with you.
